Terms & Conditions

All Bookings require a minimum 4 hours notice to cancel otherwise if multiple cancellations from the same person you may be put on the list of do not book.

Respect and communication from both clients and staff is required, all staff are to dress appropriately non enclosed shoes are allowed due to some clients require shoes off at the door. Dress wear is smart casual or casual with no stains or revealing clothing. Staff may have access to their phone to call the office if any issues.

All staff must not go outside their comfort zone completing any tasks outside duties mentioned prior without agreement that staff member is happy to do so and the client is happy for this to be done. Staff are to as much prepped and handed over as much information as possible.

Clients are allowed to pass on my direct number to their friends and family or anyone they know without notice.
